Sirromet Signature Collection Chardonnay 750ml

Our premium chardonnay fruit was sourced from seven scenes (80%) & night sky (20%) vineyards in ballandean, with yields down on previous years. seven scenes fruit was harvested from blocks 7, 8 & 67 a little earlier than usual due to hailstorm activity, however the fruit was in excellent condition and very clean. intense aromas of nectarine, fig, peach, rockmelon, vanilla and roasted hazelnuts. a dry, sophisticated style with rich layers of white peach, melon, waxy citrus and ripe green apple. long finish with a fine backbone of acidity that is well integrated with the nutty, toasty oak.
