This fearless spirit is underpinned by the generous warmth of Australian sugarcane molasses. Oak maturation in ex-brandy vats & ex-bourbon barrels honours 2024’s element of wood. Rich buttery & spiced wood notes fill out a palate that is complex & rounded, but never tame.
