A Pinot Noir dominant cuvee with fruit sourced exclusively from Grand and Premier Crus, Bollinger maintains a very old method of production: fermented in small old oak barrels restored in-house using wood from the family forest. Aged under natural cork for twice as long as Appellation law. Riddled & disgorged by hand. This prestige cuvee truly has no equal.
