Brookie's Byron Dry Gin 700ml

The flagship expression produced by the Cape Byron distillery on the southeast coast of Australia. Brookie's Byron Dry Gin is made with a hefty recipe of 26 botanicals, with many of them being native to the region in which the distillery resides, including Byron sunrise finger lime, cinnamon myrtle, aniseed myrtle, river mint, raspberry, macadamia and more. Works particularly well in a Gin Martini.

Alcohol: 18.7%

Taste: Fresh spearmint leaf and pine shoots. Layers of cooking spice develop underneath, leading towards oak-y juniper warmth.
