Taste: Quite subtle on the nose. Starting with the elegance of the Borderies, then followed by the intensity of ""Champagne"" eaux-de-vies. Long aftertaste. Rounded and fruity on the palate (with notes of fig and walnut) followed by the characteristic power and finesse of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne. A long and silken finish.
