Despite its 59% ABV this spirit has made the most of the ageing process. The spirit has softened and absorbed the beautiful shiraz colour and a rich American oak and rye back-note, aged for over 18 months in barrels. This reveals the toasty and fortified bourbon flavours from deep within the oak. These flavours complement the gin’s citrus, floral and soft vanilla finish, yet with a burst of intensity, making it a spirit worthy of your finest cocktail mixes.
