Important Updates - November 2024

We're making some changes to the Aelia Club Travel Rewards Program Terms & Conditions ( T&Cs ). These changes will impact reward redemptions and expiration of Rewards Points.

1. We have set a cap on the number of Reward Points you can redeem per online order. You will now only be able to redeem up to 75% of your online order value with Reward Points. 

2. With travel resuming after Covid 19, we are reintroducing our 2-year points expiry policy, as per our Aelia Rewards T&Cs.

From Monday 30th December 2024 unused Reward Points older than 24 months, ie earned prior to and including the 30th December 2022, will automatically expire. Any Reward points earned from 31st December 2022 onwards will now follow the 2-year expiry period and expire if unused after 2 years from the date earned.
